CHICAGO BLUES FESTIVAL
Zaprasza też otwarty w nowym miejscu przy 700 South Wabash klub Buddy Guy's Legends gdzie już w środę i czwartek będą miały miejsce specjalne, przedfestiwalowe koncerty, a w czasie festiwalu klub będzie czynny praktycznie "na okrągło". Ine kluby też szykują specjalne, festiwalowe programy. W dniach 9-10.06 na Dominican University odbędzie się konferencja naukowa "Blues and the Spirit Symposium". W DuSable Museum warto będzie obejrzeć wystawę fotograficzną "The Soul of Bronzeville: The Regal, Club DeLisa and The Blues" pokazującą bluesowe Chicago lat 50 i 60. Ekipa TB, jak co roku, będzie na festiwalu obecna, a pofestiwalowa relacja ukaże się w najbliższym wydaniu kwartalnika, 24 czerwca.
